"Piacevole ambiente in area imbarchi. Ottimo servizio al tavolo, ragazze veloci e gentili, una burrata eccezionale che solo in Puglia si può gustare così buona. Una possibilità di mangiare particolarmente bene e a prezzi normali diversamente da quello che succede normalmente negli aeroporti. Ottima esperienza."

"Condivido le recensioni che criticano l'attesa per avere un tavolo e ordinare perché, da persona del mestiere, ho notato molta disorganizzazione nel servizio. Basterebbe poco per migliorare. Detto questo, la mia esperienza è stata positiva perché ho avuto la fortuna di essere accudito da Maura che è persona gentilissima e che fa del suo meglio per risolvere i problemi. Non posso lamentarmi nemmeno della qualità del mangiare e chi si lamenta dovrebbe riflettere sul fatto che siamo in un locale di un aeroporto dove non ci si può aspettare una cucina da chef. Comunque, grazie Maura !! spero di trovarti nuovamente quando mi imbarcherò nuovamente da Brindisi. P.S.: buona la sfoglia con la mela !!!!"

"Servizio cassa e banco molto educato, cibo ottimo, l’unico neo è stata la cattiveria e la maleducazione della barista, che dopo aver speso 18 euro di colazione, quando è arrivato il momento di chiedere il cappuccino, prima le ho chiesto per cortesia, un bicchiere d’acqua e fin qui tutto ok, ma al secondo bicchiere d’acqua chiesto sempre per cortesia, si è girata stizzita e con arroganza facendomi capire che stavo approfittando dell’acqua del bar, dicendomi di fare prima andare a comprarmi una bottiglietta d’acqua, ripeto dopo aver speso 18 euro di colazione…"

"Essendo arrivato con un buon anticipo in aeroporto, mi sono rilassato e ho ammazzato il tempo al Pulia (non è la prima volta). Personale disponibile e gentile, l'aeroporto era mezzo vuoto quindi sono stato più che seguito. Ho mangiato una insalata trullo davvero buona (Super la salsina della casa), abbondante e gustosa ( ho lasciato giusto i taralli perchè ne avevo già mangiati abbastanza i giorni precendenti), dopo pranzo ho potuto tranquillamente leggere il giornale in attesa del volo. Continuate così."
